PASS Security is recognized as a leader within our region for providing technology based security solutions for a diverse residential, small commercial, and enterprise level customer base. We provide expertise in intrusion detection, CCTV and access control systems.
We are currently recruiting for the full-time sales professional to focus on our residential and small commercial opportunities. We have an opening for both an Illinois and Missouri based sales representative. An ideal candidate would be career orientated and possess a strong work ethic in addition to the following skills and abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to current and prospect targets.
- Effectively communicate and network in person and over the phone with key decision makers.
- Propose and sell security based systems including: intrusion alarms, 7 automation, CCTV, IP / megapixel cameras, access control, managed services and other low voltage packages.
- Process work orders and work with installation and customer service staff.
- General administrative responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Five years successful outside sales experience. (industry experience is a plus)
- Proven track record in business development and sales.
- Must be organized and detail orientated.
- Strong core pc skills and use of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a professional environment.
